Le Clos Serein

Le Clos Serein is a guest house located halfway between the villages of Beausset and Sainte-Anne d'Évenos in the Var (83). The building is located on a plot of 3,100 m2, landscaped and planted with trees. Four bedrooms are available to guests. Two are in the main house. One upstairs with a large balcony and stunning views of the hills. The second on the ground floor with terrace and independent access to the garden and the swimming pool. The other two bedrooms are located in an annex house. They also have a private outdoor area with table and chairs.

Le Clos Serein offers its guests access to a 12 x 6 meter swimming pool, with a depth of up to 2.40 m. The tree-lined garden offers different areas for rest and relaxation with deckchairs. Below, there is a petanque court and a ping-pong table.

Breakfasts are served on the terrace, on the ground floor of the villa, adjoining the summer kitchen. In the same place, a common room is available to guests. It is equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. Board games, card games and books complete the whole.

Four parking spaces are available. Two are located in front of the large house, for the upper bedrooms, two, at the bottom of the main entrance, serve the annex house. The upper car park is equipped with two charging stations for electric cars, at the expense to the user.

Access to Clos Serein is via an automatic gate, equipped with a digicode. Wifi is free. The Honesty bar offers cold drinks throughout the stay.

Our history

We are Cathy, 55, and Gilles, 56, married and parents of two grown children. In our life before, we were respectively, executive assistant and business manager. In 2020, we decided to change our lives. Cathy has published her first fantasy novel. Gilles trained to become a personal development coach.

As we have shared everything since the beginning of our relationship, we needed a common project. Le Clos Serein is our shared dream. We have always liked to receive, share, exchange. The bond that is created with the other is our greatest pleasure. We are delighted to be able to provide our guests with our new house, acquired in 2022.

The choice of the name of the place came naturally to us: Le Clos Serein. It meets a need, that of being in a calm, warm and friendly place, in the heart of a beautiful wooded area, facing the wooded hills.

We are happy to welcome you to Le Clos Serein. In this magical place where nature is queen, with tranquility as a companion. We are sure that well-being will be king there and joy its favorite.
